Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by ReLeaf Home Services (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/888902/07 ("ReLeaf", "we", "us"). By booking a service you agree to them.

1. Bookings

• Bookings made online, by phone or via WhatsApp are requests until we confirm them.
• We will confirm your booking by phone, WhatsApp or email, normally within one business day.
• Please make sure someone over 18 is available to give our team access to the property.

2. Quotes, pricing and call-out fee

• Prices shown on the website are guide ranges. Your final price depends on the size of the property and the work required, and is agreed with you before work starts.
• A call-out fee applies to every visit. It is shown on our Services page and confirmed with your quote.
• Repair work is charged per hour; materials and parts are charged separately and agreed upfront.

3. Payment

• Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept EFT and other methods confirmed with your quote.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations, or visits where our team cannot access the property, may be charged the call-out fee.

5. Our workmanship

• If you are unhappy with any part of our work, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back to put it right.
• We take care in your home. Report any damage you believe we caused within 48 hours so we can investigate.

6. Your responsibilities

• Secure valuables, fragile items and pets before our team arrives.
• Tell us about any hazards, such as known electrical faults, asbestos or structural damage.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website applies to new bookings.
